PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum type brake booster system capable of compensating for a shortage of negative pressure of a suction chamber with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A vacuum type brake booster system 1 comprises a suction chamber 10N connected to an intake manifold of an engine and becoming negative pressure together with the intake manifold in response to air intake of the engine, and amplifies stepping force of a brake pedal by an operator. This vacuum type brake booster system 1 comprises a wind guide passage 14 for passing wind generated by a cooling fan 2F of a radiator 2 and a suction passage 15 connecting the wind guide passage 14 and the suction chamber 10N and sucking out gas from the suction chamber 10N in response to ventilation of the wind guide passage 14, and the flow passage cross-sectional area of a part for connecting the suction passage 15 in the wind guide passage 14, is smaller than the flow passage cross-sectional area of the other part in the wind guide passage 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
