PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, with simple configurations, detection of disconnection of an annular electric power line sending a current from one control unit to two directions, by supplying a current to a plurality of monitoring units monitoring the state of a battery.SOLUTION: A battery controller system 100 includes a disconnection determining unit 16, which acquires a detected current value detected by a current detecting circuit detecting the value of either one of a current sent in a first direction 31f of an annular electric power line 30 and a current sent to a second direction 31s opposite to the first direction, calculates a differential value between the detected current value and a predetermined current value stored in advance, and determines the presence or absence of disconnection of the annular electric power line 30 based on the comparison of the magnitudes of the differential value and a predetermined threshold value. Further, the battery controller system 100 includes first and second current detecting circuits detecting current values in the first direction 31f and the second direction 31s, respectively. The disconnection determining unit 16 detects disconnection of the annular electric power line 30 by comparing the magnitudes of current values detected by the first and second current detecting circuits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電池の状態を監視する複数の監視部に電流を供給し、一つの制御部から双方向に電流を送出する環状電力線の断線を簡易な構成で検知することを可能にする。【解決手段】電池監視制御装置100は、環状電力線30の第1の方向31fへの送出電流又は該第1の方向と反対方向の第2の方向31sへの送出電流のいずれか一方の電流値を検出する電流検出回路で検出された検出電流値を取得し、該検出電流値と、予め記憶された所定の電流値との差分値を算出し、該差分値と所定の閾値との大小比較の結果を基に、環状電力線30の断線の有無を判定する断線判定部16を備える。また、第1の方向31fと第2の方向31sの各方向への電流値をそれぞれ検出する第1及び第2の電流検出回路を設け、断線判定部16は、第1の電流検出回路と第2の電流検出回路で検出される電流値の大小を比較して環状電力線30の断線を検知する。【選択図】図1
