PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation reception system which can forbid vehicular operation by a driver, but receive vehicular operation by a passenger, an operation reception device, a radio transmitter and a computer program.SOLUTION: A user mounts a radio communication device 30 on a finger to perform an operation for an operation device 9. A control device 10 receives radio signals from the radio communication device 30 at two radio reception parts and judges a direction where the radio communication device 30 is present on the basis of receiving strength of each. The radio communication device 30 performs radio transmission over a predetermined radio transmission period with electric power generated by a vibration power generation element. The control device 10 receives the radio signals from the radio communication device 30 and allows operation reception for the operation device 9 when the radio communication device 30 that transmits these radio signals is present on a side of a front passenger seat 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の運転者による操作を禁止し、同乗者による操作を受け付けることができる操作受付システム、操作受付装置、無線送信器及びコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】ユーザは無線通信器30を指に装着して操作装置9に対する操作を行う。制御装置10は、無線通信器30からの無線信号を2つの無線受信部にて受信すると共に、それぞれの受信強度に基づいて無線通信器30が存在する方向を判定する。無線通信器30は、振動発電素子が発電した電力により所定の無線送信期間に亘る無線送信を行う。制御装置10は、無線通信器30からの無線信号を受信しており、且つ、この無線信号を送信する無線通信器30が助手席3側に存在する場合に、操作装置9に対する操作受付を許可する。【選択図】図1
