PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo box mount bracket capable of surely supporting a cargo box, without concentrating stress on a frame member, with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A cargo box mount bracket comprises an upper plate for placing a cargo box of a vehicle rear part thereon, a front plate having an upper end provided on the front edge of the upper plate and having a lower end part installed on an upper surface of a frame member of a vehicle via a cushioning part, a rear plate having an upper end provided on the rear edge of the upper plate and having a lower end part installed on the upper surface of the frame member in the rear of the lower end part of the front plate via the cushioning part, and a side surface installing piece provided continuously with at least one of the front plate and the rear plate and installed on a side surface of the frame member via the cushioning part.
