PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bent part from being twisted when it is obliquely arranged in a caterpillar type sheath material.SOLUTION: A sheath material for a wiring harness comprises four bent lines A to D extending in a length direction on a flat plate which is flat in an expanded shape at intervals at an intermediate part in a width direction; and slits connecting the four bent lines at constant intervals in the length direction. The slit arranged between the bent line A at the end in the width direction and a bent line B in the middle adjacent to the bent line A, and the slit arranged between the bent line D at the other end and the bent line C in the middle adjacent to the bent line D are orthogonal to the bent lines to form orthogonal slits, and the slit between the bent line B and C in the middle is inclined to form an inclined slit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】キャタピラ型の外装材において、湾曲部が斜め配置される場合に捩れが発生しないようにする。【解決手段】展開形状で帯状の平板に長さ方向に延在する4本の折曲ラインA〜Dを幅方向の中間部に間隔をあけて備えると共に、前記長さ方向に一定間隔をあけて前記4本の折曲ラインA〜Dを結ぶスリットを備え、前記スリットは幅方向一端の前記折曲ラインAと隣接する中間の前記折曲ラインBの間および他端の前記折曲ラインDと隣接する中間の前記折曲ラインCの間は該折曲ラインと直交方向の直交スリットとし、中間の折曲ラインBとCの間は傾斜させて傾斜スリットとしている。【選択図】図1
