PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on a relative position relationship between a terminal carrier and a radio communication terminal by using the field intensity of radio communication performed by the radio communication terminal.SOLUTION: A terminal position estimation system 10 includes a plurality of radio communication instruments 70 and a terminal position estimation part 65c. The plurality of radio communication instruments 70 perform radio communication with a radio communication terminal 100 carried by a terminal carrier.
