PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for controlling creep torque of a hybrid vehicle, which perform control to output creep torque for eliminating a gear shifting feeling in shifting before the hybrid vehicle equipped with a stepped transmission stops and for improving fuel economy.SOLUTION: A method for controlling creep torque of a hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention includes steps of: detecting data of the hybrid vehicle for controlling the creep torque; when on the basis of the detected data, a vehicle speed of the hybrid vehicle is equal to or higher than a set speed and a current gear shift stage of the hybrid vehicle is a third stage or a second stage, determining whether or not gears are currently during being shifted; when the hybrid electric vehicle is during shifting from the third stage or the second stage of the gear shift stages to a first stage, applying a creep torque factor depending on a gear shift stage and a brake amount; and controlling a motor to output the creep torque to which the creep torque factor is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】本発明は、有段変速機が装着されたハイブリッド車両が停止前の変速時の変速感の解消、及び燃費を向上させるクリープトルクを出力するように制御するハイブリッド車両のクリープトルク制御装置及び方法に関する。【解決手段】本発明の実施例に係るハイブリッド車両のクリープトルク制御方法は、クリープトルク制御のためのハイブリッド車両のデータを検出する段階と、検出されたデータに基づいてハイブリッド車両の車速が設定速度以上であり、ハイブリッド車両の現在変速段が3段又は2段であれば、現在変速中であるか否かを判断する段階と、ハイブリッド車両が変速段3段又は2段から、1段に変速中であれば、変速段及びブレーキ量によるクリープトルクファクターを適用する段階と、クリープトルクファクターを適用したクリープトルクを出力するようにモータを制御する段階と、を含む。【選択図】図3
