PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular motor switching circuit that suppresses an increase in an implementation area on a substrate and is facilitated in replacement with a mechanical relay.SOLUTION: The vehicular motor switching circuit includes a columnar substrate; and multiple transistors provided on a lateral face of the substrate to control driving, braking and a rotation direction of a vehicular motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
