PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform discharge control of a secondary battery by taking account of a time zone when electric energy used by users is large and a time zone when electric power charge is high without forcing users to change their life patterns.SOLUTION: A discharge time zone setting part 86 sets a discharge time zone of each day of the week on the basis of a variation pattern of electric energy, electric power charge data, vehicle presence probabilities, and a battery remaining amount of a secondary battery 61 capable of discharging. A discharge control part 87 transmits a discharge start instruction to a vehicle 6 when a vehicle is present when the current time becomes a discharge time zone, and transmits a discharge stop instruction when the discharge time zone is passed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ユーザに生活パターンの変更を強いることなく、ユーザにおける使用電力量が多い時間帯及び電力料金の高い時間帯を考慮して二次電池の放電制御を行う。【解決手段】放電時間帯設定部86は、使用電力量の変化パターンと、電力料金データと、車両存在確率と、二次電池61の放電可能な電池残量とに基づいて、各曜日の放電時間帯を設定し、放電制御部87は、現在時刻が放電時間帯となったときに車両存在有りであれば車両6に放電開始指令を送信し、当該放電時間帯を経過すれば放電停止指令を送信する。【選択図】図1
