PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lifting equipment, an elevator and an adjustment method of an electromagnetic brake device, capable of standardizing control parts of electromagnetic brake devices having different suction force, without adjusting dimension of a movable member.SOLUTION: Lifting equipment 120 comprises: a sheave; a drum; and an electromagnetic brake device 10 having an electromagnet. An electromagnetic coil 12 forming the electromagnet is configured so that, based on suction force for sucking a movable member 14, at least one of a winding number of the electromagnetic coil 12, average diameter of the electromagnetic coil 12, diameter of copper wire forming the electromagnetic coil 12, and a resistance value of the copper wire, can be adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】可動部材の寸法の調整を行うことなく吸引力が異なる電磁ブレーキ装置の制御部の共通化を図ることができる巻上機、エレベータ及び電磁ブレーキ装置の調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】巻上機120は、綱車と、ドラムと、電磁石を有する電磁ブレーキ装置10と、を備えている。電磁石を構成する電磁コイル12は、可動部材14を吸引する吸引力に基づいて、電磁コイル12の巻数、電磁コイル12の平均径、電磁コイル12を形成する銅線の径、及び銅線の抵抗値のうち少なくとも一つが調整可能である。【選択図】図2
