PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping off of a pair of flanged bushes disposed between a supporting member and a boss in a process of assembling work.SOLUTION: Locking claws 50 disposed on tips of both cylindrical portions 46 are locked in locking grooves 52 formed on tips of cylindrical portions 46 respectively at mating sides by relative rotation around a central line O, of a pair of flanged bushes 42 and 44 inserted into through holes of a boss 40, thus separation of the pair of flanged bushes 42 and 44 in the axial direction is prevented, and slipping-off of the flanged bushes 42 and 44 can be prevented in combination with engagement of flange portions 48 with the end portion of the boss 40. Thus the assembling work can be simplified, productivity can be improved, and degradation of quality caused by falling can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】支持部材とボスとの間に配設される一対の鍔付きブッシュが組付け作業の過程で抜け落ちることを防止する。【解決手段】ボス40の貫通穴内に挿入された一対の鍔付きブッシュ42、44が中心線Oまわりに相対回転させられることにより、双方の円筒部46の先端に設けられた係止爪50がそれぞれ相手側の円筒部46の先端に設けられた係止溝52に係止され、一対の鍔付きブッシュ42、44が互いに軸方向へ離間することが阻止されるため、鍔部48がボス40の端部に係合させられることと相まって鍔付きブッシュ42、44の抜け落ちが防止される。これにより、組付け作業が容易になって生産性が向上するとともに、落下による品質の悪化が改善される。【選択図】図6
