PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of saving of fuel consumption due to idling stop and regenerative power generation with use of kinetic energy thereby further enhancing fuel consumption of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An integrated biaxial rotary machine system 20 has: a first revolving shaft 21 which is transmission-connected to a crankshaft 12 of an engine 13; a second revolving shaft 24 connected to a transmission shaft 16 of a wheel 18; a modulator 26 connected to one of the first revolving shaft 21 and the second revolving shaft 24; a field element 28 connected to the other of the first revolving shaft 21 and the second revolving shaft 24; and an armature stator 22 which is so located as to share an axis with the modulator 26 and the field element 28. The modulator 26 and the field element 28 mutually act by magnetic flux modulation, either start of the engine 13 or electric power generation of the armature stator 22 is carried out by revolution of the first revolving shaft 21, and either generation of a torque for driving the transmission shaft 16 or electric power generation of the armature stator 22 is carried out by revolution of the second revolving shaft 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
