PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drivability and travel stability of a vehicle by reducing an influence in drive operations, such as steering and braking, caused by an increase in viscosity of a lubricant between members such as a steering device and the like when those members is electrostatically charged.SOLUTION: A vehicular electrostatic charge reduction apparatus includes: a steering operation device 14; steering actuators 54, 58L; and a displacement transmission system 18 for transmitting displacement of the steering operation device to the steering actuators. Further, at least one of the steering operation device, steering actuator and displacement transmission system includes two members mutually engaged via a viscous lubricant so as to move relatively when the steering operation device is operated. Self-discharging dischargers 74A-74C are fixed onto surfaces of specific members constituting the displacement transmission system and the like so that the discharger reduces a charge amount of the specific member through self-discharging of the discharger, reducing a differential charge amount between the two members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】操舵装置などの部材が帯電すると、部材間の潤滑剤の粘性の上昇に起因して操舵、制動などの運転操作が影響を受ける。この影響を低減して車両の操縦性及び走行安定性を向上させる。【解決手段】操舵操作装置14と、操舵アクチュエータ54、58Lなどと、操舵操作装置の変位を操舵アクチュエータへ伝達する変位伝達系18とを有し、操舵操作装置、操舵アクチュエータ及び変位伝達系の少なくとも一つは、操舵操作装置が操作されると相対運動するように粘性潤滑剤を介して互いに係合する二つの部材を含む。変位伝達系などを構成する特定の部材の表面には自己放電式除電器74A〜74Cが固定され、除電器は自己放電により除電して特定の部材の帯電量を低下させることにより、二つの部材の間の帯電量の差を低下させる。【選択図】図1
