PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle parking lock device which suppresses the generation of a time difference in a period after a parking brake operation by a driver up to the completion of a parking brake.SOLUTION: Since a plurality of parking poles 16a, 16b are aligned in an axial direction of a turning shaft 28, and lock teeth 26a, 26b which are formed at a plurality of parking poles 16a, 16b, respectively, are formed in positions which are displaced from each other by a width dimension d of the lock tooth 26 with respect to longitudinal positions of the parking poles 16a, 16b, when the parking pole 16 is raised and contacts with a parking gear 14 in conjunction with a parking brake operation by a driver, a chance is increased in which the lock tooth 26 of the parking pole 16 is engaged with a tooth groove 24 of the parking gear 14, and thereby, the engagement of the parking gear 14 and the parking pole 16 can be smoothly performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】運転者による駐車ブレーキ操作から駐車ブレーキ完了までの時間差の発生を抑制する車両用パーキングロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のパーキングポール16a、16bが回動軸28の軸方向に並んで設置され、複数のパーキングポール16a、16bそれぞれに形成された係止歯26a、26bは、パーキングポール16a、16bの長手方向位置に関して、係止歯26の幅寸法d分だけ互いにずれた位置に形成されたものであることから、運転者による駐車ブレーキ操作に連動してパーキングポール16が持ち上がってパーキングギヤ14と接触した際に、パーキングポール16の係止歯26がパーキングギヤ14の歯溝24に係合させられる機会が増えるため、パーキングギヤ14とパーキングポール16との係合を速やかに実現できる。【選択図】図2
