PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire treatment apparatus for waste tires capable of treating a plurality of the waste tires, and downsizing its apparatus for even one operator to efficiently perform operation.SOLUTION: A wire treatment apparatus 10 which takes out bead wires W of a waste tire T comprises: tire receiving parts 40 arranged in parallel on the front side of an apparatus main body 11; wire removal parts 20 comprising push/pull rods 21L and 21R arranged along advancement and retreat paths L in parallel with each other, and hook claws 22L and 22R which hook and take out the bead wires W by penetrating through the waste tire; and a drive part 30 comprising a plurality of sprockets, a transmission chain 35, and a second reduction gear 31. The wire treatment apparatus is configured in such a manner that the left-side push/pull rod 21L and the right-side push/pull rod 21R are respectively connected to one side of the transmission chain 35 and the other side of the transmission chain 35, and the hook claws 22L and 22R are hooked to the bead wire W to be pulled out by alternately advancing/retreating the push/pull rods 21L and 21R by drive of the transmission chain 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数の廃タイヤを処理可能としつつも、装置自体を小型化し、一人の作業者でも効率良く作業が可能な廃タイヤのワイヤ処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】廃タイヤTのビードワイヤWを取り出すワイヤ処理装置10を、装置本体11の前側に並列に配置されるタイヤ受け部40と、平行な出退経路Lに沿って配置される押引きロッド21L、21R、及び廃タイヤTを貫通してビードワイヤWを掛止して取り出す掛止爪22L、22Rを備えるワイヤ除去部20と、複数のスプロケット、伝導チェン35、及び第2減速機31を備える駆動部30と、を備え、左側押引きロッド21Lが伝導チェン35の一側部に、右側押引きロッド21Rが伝導チェン35の他側部に接続され、伝導チェン35の駆動により押引きロッド21L、21Rを交互に出退駆動させることにより、掛止爪22L、22RをビードワイヤWに掛止させて引き抜くように構成する。【選択図】図1
