PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a radio communication device to be confirmed whether communication abnormality is occurring including a defect in a method for attaching an antenna of the radio communication device or a fault in the antenna.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 3 according to the present invention includes: electric field intensity measuring means 31 for measuring electric field intensity between the radio communication device and at least a radio communication base station 6a connected with the radio communication device; and a portable electric field intensity confirmation device 5. The electric field intensity confirmation device 5 includes: an electric field intensity measuring unit 51 for measuring electric field intensity between the electric field intensity confirmation device and the radio base station 6a and the like; an electric field intensity reading unit 52 for reading the electric field intensity measured by the electric field intensity measuring means 31 in the radio communication device 3; and a communication state determination unit 53 for determining communication abnormality of the radio communication device 3 on the basis of the electric field intensity measured by the electric field intensity measuring unit 51 and the electric field intensity measured by the electric field intensity measuring means 31 in the radio communication device 3 read by the electric field intensity reading unit 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
