PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize certain confirmation of closed condition of a load hanging hook to an excess winding weight even in a situation where loading operation is carried out in night and closed condition of the load hanging hook to the excess winding weight usually cannot be visually recognized from a crane operation room.SOLUTION: There is provided a device preventing excess winding of a crane hook, comprising excess winding weights (41, 51) lifted by load hanging hooks when the load hanging hooks (11, 21) hung from a tip end part 31 of a boom is moved to an excess winding position. Light emission lamps (44, 54) are arranged on the excess winding weights (41, 51), which may be visually recognized from a crane operation room 6 and the load hanging hooks (11, 21) closing to the excess winding weights (41, 51) are illuminated. Thereby, even under so dark situation where a position near the boom tip end part cannot be recognized, closing condition of the load hanging hooks (11, 21) to the excess winding weights (41, 51) may be certainly confirmed (visually recognized) from the crane operation room 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】夜間における荷揚げ作業時であって、通常は吊荷フックの過巻ウエイトに対する近づき状態をクレーン操作室から視認できない場合であっても、吊荷フックの過巻ウエイトに対する近づき状態をクレーン操作室から確実に確認できるようにすること。【解決手段】ブームの先端部31から吊下した吊荷フック(11,21)が過巻位置まで上動したときに該吊荷フックで押上げられる過巻ウエイト(41,51)を備えたクレーンのフック過巻防止装置において、上記過巻ウエイト(41,51)に、クレーン操作室6から視認でき且つ上記過巻ウエイト(41,51)に近づく上記吊荷フック(11,21)を照らす発光灯(44,54)を設けていることにより、ブーム先端部付近が暗くて見えない場合でも、過巻ウエイト(41,51)に対する吊荷フック((11,2)の近づき状態をクレーン操作室6から確実に確認(視認)できるようにしている。【選択図】 図2
