PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the occurrence of rust due to friction by superposing the component mounting frame of an electric vehicle on a mounting bracket arranged in a hood room without their contact, thereby integrating them.SOLUTION: Mounting surfaces 303 are formed on a pair of mounting brackets 30 fixed to side members 2, 3 and projecting inward in the direction of vehicle width, having first guide holes 304 into which a guide pin 40 provided on a fixing jig 100 and able to be raised or lowered can be inserted. A joint surface 213 of a support frame 20 supporting an electric unit has a second guide hole 214 into which the guide pin can be inserted. When the guide pin is inserted into the second guide hole, the length H2 of a portion projecting from the second guide hole is longer than the height of the reinforcement part of the mounting brackets. In the step in which the support frame is raised upward from below, the guide pin is inserted into the first guide hole while inserted in the second guide hole, and both are fixed while avoiding the contact between the support frame and the reinforcement part of the mounting brackets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】電気自動車の部品搭載フレームをフードルーム内に配置された取付ブラケットに接触させることなく重合させて一体化し、擦れによる錆の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】サイドメンバ2、3に固定され車幅方向内側に突設した一対の取付ブラケット30に形成された取付面303に、固定用治具100に設けられた昇降可能なガイドピン40が挿通可能な第1ガイド孔304を有し、電装ユニットを支持する支持フレーム20の接合面213に、ガイドピンが挿通可能な第2ガイド孔214を有し、ガイドピンが第2ガイド孔に挿通されたときに、第2ガイド孔から突出する部位の長さH2が取付ブラケットの補強部の高さよりも長く、支持フレームを下方から上方に向かって上昇する工程において、ガイドピンを第2ガイド孔に挿通させた状態で第1ガイド孔に挿通させ、支持フレームと取付ブラケットの補強部との接触を回避させて、両者を固定する。【選択図】図4
