PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generation/consumption system capable of performing all from electric power generation to synthesis of hydrocarbon collectively.SOLUTION: An electric power generation/consumption system is installed on a region between 5° North Latitude and 5° South Latitude. The region is near to the equator and a rising current is generated by strong solar radiation in the neighborhood of the equator. The rising current flows toward poles (the North pole, the South pole) through the neighborhood of the tropopause. The flow receives Coriolis force due to rotation of the globe and gradually changes the direction in an easterly direction and stays in the neighborhood of 30° Latitudes. Further, the flow gets to a descendent flow and blows down to the surface of the sea. Such a flow is subtropical high atmospheric pressure and an atmospheric current blows toward a low atmospheric pressure part in the neighborhood of the equator generated by the rising flow from the subtropical high atmospheric pressure and gets to monsoon. The monsoon receives the Coriolis force, in a northern hemisphere, gets to northeast monsoon and, in a southern hemisphere, gets to southeast monsoon. The monsoon blows with a fixed strength from a fixed direction during one year according to the generation procedure and, therefore, efficient electric power generation can be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】発電から炭化水素の合成までを一括して行える発電・消電システムを提供する。【解決手段】発電・消電システムは北緯5?と南緯5?の間の領域に設けられる。この領域は赤道に近く、赤道付近で強い日射によって上昇気流が生じる。この上昇気流は圏界面付近を極(北極、南極)に向かって流れる。この流れは地球の自転によるコリオリの力を受けて次第に東寄りに向きを変え、緯度30?付近で滞留する。そして、下降流となって海面に吹き下がる。これが亜熱帯高気圧であり、この亜熱帯高気圧から前記上昇流によって生じた赤道付近の低気圧部に向かって気流が吹き込み貿易風となる。コリオリの力を受けて北半球では北東貿易風、南半球では南東貿易風となる。この貿易風は上記の発生過程から、1年中一定の方向から一定の強さで吹くので、効率のよい発電が行える。【選択図】 図1
