PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting rotary machine which is capable of improving a heat insulation property although thermal shrinkage can be absorbed by including a sliding part, and is also capable of improving wear resistance of the sliding part.SOLUTION: A sliding face that is positioned closer to one side in an axial direction than a center position of a rotary shaft 1 in the axial direction is supported by a slid face of a supply shaft 2 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. A portion that is positioned closer to another side in the axial direction than the center position of the rotary shaft 1 in the axial direction is fixed to an output shaft 3. The sliding face is positioned on a surface of a hard coating 51, and the hard coating 51 is positioned so as to cover a part of a substrate 50 formed from GFRP. The slid face is positioned on a surface of a hard coating 56, and the hard coating 56 is positioned so as to cover a part of a substrate 55 formed from GFRP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】摺動部を有して熱収縮を吸収できるにも拘わらず、断熱性を向上でき、かつ、摺動部の耐摩耗性も向上できる超電導回転機を提供すること。【解決手段】回転軸1の軸方向の中心位置よりも軸方向の一方側にある摺動面を供給軸2の被摺動面で軸方向に摺動可能に支持する。回転軸1の軸方向の中心位置よりも軸方向の他方側に位置する部分を出力軸3に固定する。上記摺動面を硬質被膜51の表面に位置させ、硬質被膜51を、GFRPからなる基材50の一部を覆うように位置させる。また、上記被摺動面を硬質被膜56の表面に位置させ、硬質被膜56を、GFRPからなる基材55の一部を覆うように位置させる。【選択図】図2
