PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting up guide rails for an elevator, the method that can simply correct a bend of a connection part between guide rail single bodies caused after setting up the guide rails to a hoistway of the elevator.SOLUTION: In the step of setting up rails in this method, when an upper stage rail 30a and a lower stage rail 30b of each rail single body of a predetermined unit length are connected by using an upper stage fish-plate 31a and a lower stage fish-plate 31b of the fish-plates in the setting up of the guide rails to a hoistway, a thin plate 32 is inserted between the upper stage fish-plate 31a and the lower stage fish-plate 31b, and the rails are set up in a connection part 40. In the step of correcting the rails, the thin plate 32 is removed from the bent connection part 40 in the bend correction to the bend generation of the guide rail and the bend is corrected in the state where a load applied to a target rail is released, and then the thin plate of the board thickness insertable in the gap generated to the connection part 40 (it may become the same board thickness of the thin plate 32, but the thin plates of different board thickness are shown in many cases) is re-inserted to perform the work of correcting the rails.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】エレベータの昇降路へのガイドレール立設後に発生するガイドレール単体同士の接続部の屈曲を簡易に修正できるエレベータ用ガイドレール立設方法を提供する。【解決手段】この方法におけるレール立設ステップでは、昇降路へのガイドレール立設時に所定単位長の各レール単体同士の上段レール30a及び下段レール30bを継ぎ目板の上段継ぎ目板31a及び下段継ぎ目板31bを用いて連結する際、接続部40で上段継ぎ目板31a及び下段継ぎ目板31b間に薄板32を挿入してレール立設し、レール修正ステップでは、ガイドレールの屈曲発生に対する屈曲修正時に屈曲発生した接続部40から薄板32を抜去して対象となるレールに加えられる荷重を逃がした状態で屈曲修正を行った後、接続部40に生じた隙間に挿入可能な板厚の薄板(薄板32の板厚と同じにもなり得るが、多くの場合では異なる板厚の薄板を示す)を再挿入してレール修正作業を行う。【選択図】図2
