PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply controller with two types of power storage devices in which charging of the second power storage device is possible avoiding a burden of the first power storage device when electric voltage of the second power storage device is lowered due to being left for a long time and the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply controller performs, when an ignition switch is turned on and voltage of a capacitor 3 is the first threshold amount or less, a control in which a capacitor cut-off relay 12 is cut off, a bypass relay 13 is connected, and a charging FET 15 is connected so that generated power is supplied from an alternator 1 through the bypass relay 13 to a battery 2 and an electric load 5, the capacitor 3 is charged from the battery 2 through a charging FET 15, and power generation of the alternator 1 is continued while the ignition switch is on so as not to connect the capacitor cut-off relay 12 even when the voltage of the capacitor 3 is the second threshold amount or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】2種類の蓄電装置を搭載した車両用電源制御装置において、車両の長期放置等が原因で第2蓄電装置の電圧が低下した場合でも、第1蓄電装置への負担を避けつつ第2蓄電装置を充電することを可能とする。【解決手段】車両用電源制御装置は、イグニッションスイッチがオン操作され、かつキャパシタ3の電圧が第1閾値以下である場合に、キャパシタ遮断リレー12を遮断状態、バイパスリレー13を接続状態、充電FET15を接続状態とする制御を実行することにより、オルタネータ1からバイパスリレー13を介してバッテリ2及び電気負荷5へ発電電力を供給するとともに、バッテリ2から充電FET15を介してキャパシタ3を充電し、かつイグニッションスイッチのオン中はオルタネータ1による発電を継続してキャパシタ3の電圧が第2閾値以上になってもキャパシタ遮断リレー12を接続状態としないように制御する。【選択図】図1
