PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely maintain a safe traveling state even if a host control device and an on-vehicle network are failed by dispensing with a change of a subordinate control device and the enhancement of its functionality.SOLUTION: A vehicle failsafe control device comprises: a drive support control part 20 which calculates and outputs a control amount of a vehicle behavior generated in a vehicle on the basis of a drive state of the vehicle; a steering control part 12 which controls an operation of an actuator on the basis of the control amount from the drive support control part 20; and a brake control part 13. The drive support control part 20 calculates and outputs both the control amounts of a first target handle angle θHt1, a first target deceleration degree Gxt1 and a first target yaw moment Mzt1 which are executed when the drive support control part 20 is not failed, and the control amounts of a second target handle angle θHt2, a second target deceleration degree Gxt2 and a second target yaw moment Mzt2 which are executed when the drive support control part 20 is failed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】下位の制御装置の変更や高度化が不要で、たとえ上位の制御装置や車載ネットワークがフェールしても安全な走行状態を容易かつ確実に維持する。【解決手段】車両の運転状態に基づいて車両に発生させる車両挙動の制御量を算出して出力する運転支援制御部20と、運転支援制御部20からの制御量に基づいてアクチュエータの作動を制御するステアリング制御部12、ブレーキ制御部13を備え、運転支援制御部20は、運転支援制御部20がフェールしていない場合に実行する第1の目標ハンドル角θHt1、第1の目標減速度Gxt1、第1の目標ヨーモーメントMzt1と運転支援制御部20がフェールした場合に実行する第2の目標ハンドル角θHt2、第2の目標減速度Gxt2、第2の目標ヨーモーメントMzt2の両方の制御量を算出して出力する。【選択図】図3
