PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a welded component and a manufacturing device of a joined component, capable of determining the quality of a component in an early stage.SOLUTION: The present invention is a welding method for welding brackets 84-88 being second work-pieces to a steering member body 82 being a first work-piece. The brackets are positioned to the steering member body, a distance x from a reference position in the bracket to a joint position to the steering member body is measured, when the distance falls within a range of lower limit value A-q to an upper limit value A where welding to the second work-piece can be performed, it is determined that welding is executed, and when the distance is lower than the lower limit value or greater than the upper limit value, it is determined that welding is not executed, and then, welding is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】早い段階で部品の良否を判断することができる溶接部品の製造方法及び接合部品の製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、第1のワークにあたるステアリングメンバ本体82に第2のワークにあたるブラケット84〜88を溶接する溶接方法であって、ステアリングメンバ本体にブラケットを位置決めし、ブラケットにおける基準位置からステアリングメンバ本体との接合位置までの距離xを計測し、上記距離が第2のワークとの溶接が可能な下限値A−qから上限値Aの範囲内である場合には溶接を実施すると判断し、上記下限値を下回るか、または上記上限値を上回ると判断した場合には溶接を実施しないと判断し、そのうえで溶接を行う。【選択図】図10
