PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the transmission torque while inhibiting pulsation of the transmission torque in a magnet clutch of a railway switch.SOLUTION: A magnet clutch 300 has a hybrid structure comprising 1) a first magnet clutch part 350A configured by opposing to each other a first permanent magnet part 351A and a second permanent magnet part 352A as clutch members, and 2) a second magnet clutch part 350B configured by opposing to each other a third permanent magnet part 353B and a hysteresis material 354B as clutch members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
