PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption calculation device and a power consumption calculation method which can calculate power consumption with high accuracy for a shorter processing time than power simulation in consideration of regenerative invalidation when a train runs according to a diagram.SOLUTION: A database 102 stores a coefficient indicating vehicle information, route information and a coefficient indicating an effective ratio of regenerative power and power consumption according to a distance between trains. A storage section 105 stores diagram information containing a train line for each train and an operation curve. A control section 10 acquires a first coefficient based on a position of a first train and a position of a second train which are specified, determines an accommodatable power based on regenerative power in the second train determined using the first coefficient and the train information and the route information stored in the database, specifies the first train having the small regenerative power determined using the train information and the route information stored in the database through the accommodatable power, subtracts the regenerative power of the first train specified from the regenerative power of the second train, and calculates power consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電力シミュレーションよりも短い処理時間で、高精度に、ダイヤ通りに列車が走行したときの回生失効を考慮して算出することができる消費電力算出装置および消費電力算出方法を提供する。【解決手段】データベース102は、車両情報、路線情報、並びに列車間の距離に応じて回生電力および消費電力の有効な割合を示す係数を記憶する。記憶部105は、列車ごとの列車スジおよび運転曲線を含むダイヤ情報を記憶する。制御部10は、特定した第1の列車の位置と第2の列車の位置に基づいて第1の係数を取得し、第1の係数とデータベースに記憶された車両情報と路線情報を利用して求めた第2の列車での力行電力に基づいて融通可能電力を求め、融通可能電力よりデータベースに記憶された車両情報と路線情報を利用して求めた回生電力が小さい第1の列車を特定し、第2の列車の力行電力から特定した第1の列車の回生電力を減算して消費電力を算出する。【選択図】図1
