PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that an object exceeds an allowable stop position, and falls at a free fall of the object even if a failure occurs at an electric system which reaches an electric motor from a regenerative power consumption part, in an electric winch device of a crane having a regeneration function.SOLUTION: An electric winch device comprises: a necessary brake force derivation part which drives a necessary brake force for stopping an object 102 which freely falls at an allowable stop height h; a brake force decision part which decides a first brake force which is born by a brake device 24 out of an operation brake force corresponding to an operation amount of a pedal 28a, and a second brake force born by regenerative brake; and a control part which makes a drum 12 impart the first brake force decided by the brake force decision part to the brake device 24. When the operation brake force is not smaller than the necessary brake force when stopping the object 102 which freely falls, the brake force decision part decides the first brake force to a prescribed brake force which is not smaller than the necessary brake force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】回生機能を備えたクレーンの電動ウインチ装置において回生電力消費部から電動機に至る電気系統にフェールが発生した場合でも、対象物のフリーフォール時に対象物が許容停止高さを超えて降下するのを防ぐ。【解決手段】電動ウインチ装置は、フリーフォールする対象物102を許容停止高さhに停止させるための必要制動力を導出する必要制動力導出部と、ペダル28aの操作量に応じた操作制動力のうち制動装置24に負担させる第1制動力と回生制動によって負担する第2制動力とをそれぞれ決定する制動力決定部と、制動装置24に制動力決定部によって決定された第1制動力をドラム12に対して付与させる制御部とを備え、制動力決定部は、フリーフォールする対象物102を停止させるときに操作制動力が必要制動力以上である場合に第1制動力を必要制動力以上の所定の制動力に決定する。【選択図】図1
