PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an in-wheel motor which enables improvement of the cooling performance with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a cooling structure of an in-wheel motor 1, a stator 10 and a rotor 20 are housed in a housing 100 disposed adjacent to a wheel and a hub 210, to which the wheel is attached, is connected with an output shaft 30 fixed to the rotor. The cooling structure of the in-wheel motor 1 includes: a ventilation type brake disc 220 attached to the hub and in which an air passage 221a communicating from the inner diameter side to the outer diameter side is formed; and wind guide means 230 which suctions air from a space part between an end surface of a housing, which is located at the outer side in a vehicle width direction, and the ventilation type brake disc and introduces the air into an inner diameter side end part of the air passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
