PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of cracks formed in noodles by mechanical and/or thermal stresses, which weaken an entire spar, by providing a method of preventing propagation of cracks through the noodles employed in constructing the spar.SOLUTION: A composite radius filler noodle 40 filled into a V-shaped gap 42 formed by C-shaped channels 44, 46 is basically constructed as a stack of unidirectional pre-preg tape and composite pre-preg fabric strips. Even if cracks are formed in a core of the noodle 40, the cracks are prevented from propagating to an exterior surface of the noodle 40 and the rest of a spar structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】機械的応力及び/又は熱応力により、ヌードルに亀裂が生じることにより、桁全体が脆くなる。桁構築の際に用いられるヌードル全域での亀裂の拡大の防止する方法の提供。【解決手段】C字チャネル44,46により形成されるV字型隙間42に充填されるヌードル40において、ヌードル40は、基本的に一方向のプリプレグテープ及び複合プリプレグファブリックストリップの積層体として構成され、ヌードル40のコアに亀裂が生じたとしても、ヌードル40の外面及び残りの桁構造への亀裂の拡大が防止される構造を有する複合R部充填材ヌードル40。【選択図】図3
