PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix components in a periphery of a loading space and improve the appearance in a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A loading space arrangement structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a rear wheel 3; a rear fender 25 which is disposed so as to cover the rear wheel 3 from above; a lamp 26 disposed on the rear fender 25; and a rear carrier 27 disposed above the lamp 26. The rear fender 25, the lamp 26, and the rear carrier 27 are disposed so as to overlap with each other in a vertical direction. A fastening member 63 penetrates through fastening member insertion holes formed in the rear fender 25, the lamp 26, and the rear carrier 27 to fasten the rear fender 25, the lamp 26, and the rear carrier 27. The fastening member insertion hole of the rear carrier 27 is provided near an end part of a flange part 41 extending in the vertical direction, and a recessed part 56 circumscribing the flange part 41 in a range overlapping with the flange part 41 is formed in a lamp body 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】鞍乗り型車両において荷台周辺の部品を簡単に固定でき、且つ、外観性を向上できるようにする。【解決手段】後輪3と、後輪3を上方から覆うように配置されるリヤフェンダ25と、リヤフェンダ25の上部に配置される灯火器26と、灯火器26の上方に配置されるリヤキャリア27とを備え、リヤフェンダ25、灯火器26及びリヤキャリア27は、互いに上下方向で重なるように配置されるとともに、それぞれに形成された締結部材挿通孔に締結部材63が貫通されて締結固定される鞍乗り型車両の荷台配設構造において、リヤキャリア27の締結部材挿通孔は、上下方向に延出するフランジ部41の端部近傍に設けられ、灯火器本体50には、フランジ部41と重なる範囲においてフランジ部41を囲む凹部56が形成されている。【選択図】図2
