PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track real time various parameters such as traffic means that slowly approaches in the front by dynamically forming a mesh network between vehicles, and to provide the appropriate latest traffic information about traffic accidents, buildings, and bypasses at the same time.SOLUTION: A mesh node module is associate with a vehicle, and a companion node is capable of dynamically forming a mesh network which uploads position information of a node and, depending on a case, additional information, for example, a road condition or proximity state of a target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
