PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater resources recovery system and an underwater resources recovery method for mining underwater biological resources, organic resources, and inorganic resources.SOLUTION: An underwater resources recovery system includes: a resources recovery pipe having an opening for discharging water above and below a water surface provided in an upper part, and a resources recovery opening for mining underwater biological resources, organic resources, and inorganic resources at a lower part; and an inner penetrating member penetrating through the resources recovery pipe and having a specific gravity smaller than that of water for closing the opening for discharging water when a water level inside the inner penetrating member is the same with a water level outside of the resources recovery pipe. Resources are collected and recovered in the resources recovery pipe from the resources recovery opening, in the following steps for: shifting the inner penetrating member to the upper part of the resources recovery pipe, by discharging air in an upper part of the inner penetrating member in the resources recovery pipe, so that a water level inside the resources recovery pipe moves upward above the water level outside of the resources recovery pipe; and discharging water to outside of the resources recovery pipe from the opening for discharging water, thereby moving water inside the resources recovery pipe gradually upward and circulating the water inside the resources recovery pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】水中の生物資源、有機物資源又は無機物資源を採掘する水中資源回収装置及び水中資源回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】水面上下部の水排出用開口を上部に具備し、水中の生物資源、有機物資源或いは無機物資源を採掘する資源回収開口を下部に具備する資源回収用管と、前記資源回収用管の内部を貫通し内部の水面が前記資源回収用管外の水面と同じの際前記水排出用開口を閉鎖する比重が水より小さな内部貫通部材を備え、前記資源回収用管内で前記内部貫通部材の上部の空気を排気することにより前記内部貫通部材を前記資源回収用管内の上部に移動させ前記資源回収用管内の水面を前記資源回収用管外の水面より上部に移動させることにより前記水排出用開口より水を前記資源回収用管の外に放出して前記資源回収用管内の水を徐々に上部に移動させ前記資源回収用管内の水を循環することにより前記資源回収開口より資源を前記資源回収用管内に採取回収する。【選択図】なし
