PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular shock absorbing structure capable of efficiently absorbing shock energy in a restricted space by advantageously reducing un-crushed remaining and to provide a bumper absorber which is made of such a vehicular shock absorbing structure, can exhibit a pedestrian protection function and, at the same time, can advantageously improve design flexibility of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular shock absorbing structure 10 includes: a pressure receiving plate part 12; extended wall parts 16, 16 which are extended in a shock input direction from both side parts of the pressure receiving plate part 12; and a plurality of bead parts 26 which are disposed for the extended wall part 16 and are composed of a protruded surface part 22 and rising wall parts 24, 24. Therein, a part or the whole of the protruded surface part 22 is set as an inclined surface part 32 which gradually reduces a cross-section of the bead parts 26 toward the pressure receiving plate part 12, and such a constitution that an end part of the pressure receiving plate part 12 side has the same height for the extended wall part 16 and ruggedness due to the formation of the bead part 26 does not exist between the pressure receiving plate part 12 and the bead part 26 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
