PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling work machine and an automatic steering system used for the same capable of performing efficient work travelling without imposing a burden on an operator while adopting manual steering and automatic steering.SOLUTION: A travelling work machine and an automatic steering system used for the same include: a positioning unit 5 for outputting positioning data indicative of the position of its own machine; a route calculation part 81 for calculating a target travel route for a travelling machine body 1 to perform work travelling by automatic steering; a steering data output part 82 for outputting automatic steering data for the travelling machine body 1 to travel along the target travel route using the positioning data and the target travel route; an automatic steering part 83 for creating a steering signal for steering the travelling machine body 1 based on the automatic steering data; and a target travel route adjustment part 87 for adjusting at least a certain target travel route section of the target travel route to travel based on manual operation input when shifting from manual steering travelling to automatic steering travelling, or in the middle of the automatic steering travelling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】人為操舵と自動操舵とを取り入れながらも、運転者に負担を掛けずに効率的な作業走行が可能となる走行作業機及びそれに用いられる自動操舵システムの提供。【解決手段】走行作業機及びそれに用いられる自動操舵システムは、自機位置を示す測位データを出力する測位ユニット5と、走行機体1が自動操舵で作業走行するための目標走行経路を算定する経路算定部81と、測位データと目標走行経路とを用いて走行機体1が目標走行経路に沿うように走行するための自動操舵データを出力する操舵データ出力部82と、自動操舵データに基づいて走行機体1を操舵するための操舵信号を生成する自動操舵部83と、人為操舵走行から自動操舵走行への移行時または自動操舵走行の途中で、これから走行すべき目標走行経路の少なくとも一部の目標走行経路区間を人為操作入力に基づいて調整する目標走行経路調整部87とを備えている。【選択図】図1
