PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension position measurement device for a floating crane and a suspension position measurement method of the floating crane capable of measuring a suspension position precisely on the basis of a GNSS antenna mounted to a gib.SOLUTION: A suspension position measurement device for a floating crane comprises: gib side GNSS positioning means for measuring a position of a GNSS antenna 20 supported on a gib 4; revolving part side GNSS positioning means for measuring a position of a GNSS antenna 30 fixed to a crane revolving part 3; gib azimuth measurement means 32 for measuring the azimuth of the gib 4; and calculation means for calculating a gib side reference position based on the position of the gib side GNSS antenna 20 and the gib azimuth, calculating a revolving center position of the crane revolving part 3 based on the position of the revolving part side GNSS antenna 30 and the gib azimuth, calculating a derricking angle θx of the gib 4 based on the gib side reference position and the revolving center position, and calculating a feeding position of a wire 6 based on the derricking angle θx.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
