PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold material for a heavy machine used on a slope surface that ensures the same level of safety and stability as when worked on a horizontal surface.SOLUTION: When installing a scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine, a crane 2 is jacked up to form a wedge-shaped space between a crawler of the crane and a slope surface. Then, a wire connected to a partner crane 4 is cut after inserting a part of the scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine in the wedge-shaped space 3 directly underneath the crane. Then, an engaging part of the crawler of the crane 2 is engaged with an engaging part of the scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine (so that gears are engaged). The overall scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine is moved along a lining surface and drawn fully into the wedge-shaped space 3 directly underneath the crane, using motive power of a lower machinery of the crane 2 while maintaining the engaged state. After drawing in the entire scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine into the wedge-shaped space 3, the jack is loosened to leave a load of the crane 2 to the scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine. Through the processes, the crane 2 is installed on the scaffold material 1 for a heavy machine in an almost horizontal state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C

    【課題】水平面上での作業と同等の安全性・安定性を確保できる傾斜面用の重機用足場材を提供する。【解決手段】重機用足場材1を設置する際には、クレーン2をジャッキアップしてその履帯と傾斜面との間に楔形スペース3を空ける。続いて、クレーン真下の楔形スペース3に重機用足場材1の一部を潜り込ませたら、相番クレーン4に繋がるワイヤーを切り離す。続いて、クレーン2の履帯が具備する係合部と、重機用足場材1が具備する係合部とを相互に係合させ(ギアが噛み合う如く係合させ)、その係合状態でクレーン2の下部走行体の動力を利用して、重機用足場材1の全体を覆工面に沿って移動させ、クレーン真下の楔形スペース3の奥まで引き込む。楔形スペース3に重機用足場材1の全体を引き込んだら、ジャッキアップを緩めてクレーン2の荷重を重機用足場材1に預ける。以上の手順を経て、クレーン2は重機用足場材1の上に略水平状態で据え付けられる。【選択図】図1C
