PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction device for tire uniformity capable of correcting not only RFV (radial force variation) but also LFV (lateral force variation) and CON (conicity) of a tire within a proper range.SOLUTION: A correction device for tire uniformity has the left side and right side drum parts 3 and 4 which hold the left-side and right-side bead parts 8 and 9 of a tire 7 from an inner peripheral side, respectively. The left side and right side drum parts 3 and 4 are composed by the segments 3a to 3d and 4a to 4d divided into four or more, respectively in a tire circumferential direction. The left side and right side drum parts 3 and 4 are independently expanded or contracted by movements of respective segments 3a to 3d and 4a to 4d in a tire radial direction. The respective segments 3a to 3d and 4a to 4d are independently heating-controlled by a heating mechanism 5, and the inner peripheral side rubbers 8b, 9b of the bead parts are heated and pressed to be compressively deformed by the segments 3a to 3d and 4a to 4d which are expanded and moved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】タイヤのRFVだけでなくLFVやCONも適正範囲内に修正することができるタイヤのユニフォミティ修正装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ7の左側ビード部8、右側ビード部9をそれぞれ内周側から保持する左側ドラム部3と右側ドラム部4とを有し、左側ドラム部3および右側ドラム部4はそれぞれタイヤ周方向に少なくとも4分割以上に分割されたセグメント3a〜3d、4a〜4dにより構成され、それぞれのセグメント3a〜3d、4a〜4dがタイヤ半径方向に移動することにより、左側ドラム部3と右側ドラム部4とは独立して拡縮し、加熱機構5によりそれぞれのセグメント3a〜3d、4a〜4dが独立して加熱制御され、拡径移動したセグメント3a〜3d、4a〜4dによってビード部内周側ゴム8b、9bを加熱しつつ押圧して圧縮変形させる。【選択図】図1
