PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a fuel cell voltage and a power storage device voltage while reducing power loss by avoiding a direct connected state between a first voltage adjustment device and a second voltage adjustment device as much as possible.SOLUTION: In an FC vehicle 10 and an FC system 12, an ECU 26 switches a BATVCU 24 from a direction connected state to a step-up/step-down state if an absolute value (voltage difference Vd) of difference between a load terminal voltage Vinv and an FC generation voltage Vfc is smaller than a sensor margin voltage Vsmg (VdIfcth).
