PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of an air-conditioning duct which can improve assembling workability, and can prevent the generation of a clearance and wobbling at a communicative connecting part between a lower-side end part and an air blowout part.SOLUTION: A downstream-side end part 2 of a blow-molded air-conditioning duct 1 is communicatively connected to an air blowout part 6 arranged at an instrument panel 4, and an engagement protrusion 9 which protrudes to the outside of a radial direction is formed at an external peripheral part of the downstream-side end part 2 of the air-conditioning duct 1. An inside cylinder part 11 which is internally fit to the downstream-side end part 2 of the air-conditioning duct 1, and an outside cylinder part 12 which surrounds the downstream-side end part 2 of the air-conditioning duct 1 from the outside of the radial direction are arranged at the air blowout part 6 of the instrument panel 4, and a part 12H to be engaged with which the engagement protrusion 9 is engaged is formed at the outside cylinder part 12.

    【課題】組み付け作業性を向上でき、下流側端部と空気吹き出し部との連通接続部に隙やガタつきが発生することを防ぐことができる空調用ダクトの接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】ブロー成形された空調用ダクト1の下流側端部2が、インストルメントパネル4に設けられた空気吹き出し部6に連通接続し、空調用ダクト1の下流側端部2の外周部に、径方向外方側に突出する係合凸部9が設けられ、インストルメントパネル4の空気吹き出し部6に、空調用ダクト1の下流側端部2に内嵌する内側筒部11と、空調用ダクト1の下流側端部2を径方向外方側から取り囲む外側筒部12とが設けられ、外側筒部12に、係合凸部9が係合する被係合部12Hが形成されている。【選択図】図6
