PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving diagram proposal device capable of considering convenience of a passenger, when changing a present diagram to an energy-saving diagram.SOLUTION: An energy-saving diagram proposal device 100 comprises a data acquiring unit 4 for acquiring data on a diagram of a train of operating on a track and an entrance-exit history of a passenger in a station provided on the track, a diagram preparation unit 5 for recombining a predetermined first diagram in a diagram to a second diagram on the basis of a predetermined operation classification, a convenience calculation unit 2 for calculating a reduction amount of convenience in the second diagram on the basis of the entrance-exist history of a passenger and a power consumption calculation unit 3 for calculating power consumption when operating the train by the second diagram. The reduction amount of convenience and the power consumption can be referred to from an external part.

    【課題】本発明は、現在のダイヤを省エネルギーダイヤに変更する際に、乗客の利便性を考慮することが可能な省エネルギーダイヤ提案装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】省エネルギーダイヤ提案装置100は、路線を運行する列車のダイヤおよび当該路線に設けられた駅における乗客の入出場履歴のデータを取得するデータ取得部4と、所定の運転種別に基づいて、ダイヤにおける所定の第1のダイヤを第2のダイヤに組み替えるダイヤ作成部5と、乗客の入出場履歴に基づいて、第2のダイヤにおける利便性の低下量を計算する利便性計算部2と、第2のダイヤで列車を運行した場合の消費電力量を計算する消費電力量計算部3と、を備え、利便性の低下量および消費電力量は、外部から参照可能である。【選択図】図1
