PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rescue device of an elevator which prevents that it takes a long time to adjust positions of a stop unit and a rescue unit, and can shorten a rescue time, and the elevator.SOLUTION: A rescue device 20 of an elevator is bridged to rescue ports 10a, 10b which are formed at two sidewalls of a car 2 in which a first car 2a and a second car 2b which are adjacently arranged in a hoistway 1 of the elevator oppose each other. The rescue device comprises: a pair of fixed sleeve parts 22a, 22b in which one of the pair is fixable to a fixture 12a of the rescue port 10a of the first car 2a, and the other is fixable to a fixture 12b of the rescue port 10b of the second car 2b; and a passage sleeve part 21 which is arranged between a pair of the fixed sleeve parts 22a, 22b, and in which a passage which allows the movement of a person between the rescue port 10a and the rescue port 10b is formed. The passage sleeve part 21 is formed of a fiber material having flexibility.

    【課題】停止号機及び救出号機の位置調整に時間を要することを防止し、救出時間を短縮することができるエレベータの救出装置、及びエレベータを得る。【解決手段】エレベータの昇降路1内に隣接して設けられた第1かご2aと第2かご2bとが互いに対向するかご2の側壁にそれぞれ設けられた救出口10a、10bに架け渡されるエレベータの救出装置20であって、一方が、第1かご2aの救出口10aの固定具12aに固定可能であり、他方が、第2かご2bの救出口10bの固定具12bに固定可能な一対の固定スリーブ部22a、22b、及び固定スリーブ部22a、22b間に設けられ、救出口10aと救出口10bとの間を人間が移動可能な通路を形成する通路スリーブ部21を備え、通路スリーブ部21は、柔軟性を有する繊維材質で形成されている。【選択図】図2
