PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of mechanical characteristics of a foam due to use of a stored polyol system liquid.SOLUTION: A polyol system liquid is prepared using a polyether polyol(A1) having an average hydroxyl number of 2-8 and a hydroxyl value of 5-45 mg KOH/g obtained by ring-opening addition polymerizing an ethylene oxide with an intermediate polyol, obtained through a step where an alkylene oxide is ring-opening addition polymerized with an initiator in the presence of a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst, using a hydroxide of an alkali metal as a polymerization catalyst so that 1-23 moles of the ethylene oxide is ring-opening addition polymerized per one mole of the initiator. A flexible polyurethane foam is produced by using the polyol system liquid.

    【課題】貯蔵したポリオールシステム液の使用による、フォームの機械特性の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】複合金属シアン化物錯体触媒の存在下で、開始剤にアルキレンオキシドを開環付加重合させる工程を経て得られた中間ポリオールに、重合触媒としてアルカリ金属の水酸化物を用いて、エチレンオキシドを、開始剤1モル当たり1〜23モル開環付加重合させて得られる、平均水酸基数が2〜8、水酸基価が5〜45mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール(A1)を用いてポリオールシステム液を調製し、該ポリオールシステム液を用いて軟質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する。【選択図】なし
