PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when a fixed blocking zone and a movable blocking zone exist on one rail track, a train should be temporarily stopped in blocking-system connecting points, or facilities of both the blocking systems should be overlappingly arranged in a constant zone.SOLUTION: When a train intrudes into a movable blocking system from a fixed blocking system, virtual fixed blocks (21 to 26) are arranged in a movable blocking zone, and a train control device 20 converts an advanceable distance length in the movable blocking zone into a virtual fixed blocking block. Then, the train control device transmits the virtual fixed blocking block to a train control device 10 by using an information transmission network 3. The train control device 10 and an on-vehicle device 5 of the train 41 perform train control on the basis of the transmission of the block. When the train intrudes into the fixed blocking system from the movable blocking system, the train control device 10 converts an accessible block in a control range of the fixed block into a kilometer base, transmits it to a train control facility 20, and controls the train on the basis of the kilometer base.
【課題】一の線路上に固定閉塞の区間と移動閉塞の区間が存在する場合、相互に列車が走行するためには、それぞれの閉塞方式の接続点において、列車は一時停止を行うか、一定の区間において両閉塞方式の設備を重複して設ければならなかった。【解決手段】列車が固定閉塞方式から移動閉塞方式に進入する場合には、移動閉塞区間に仮想固定閉塞ブロック(21〜26)を設け、列車制御装置20が、移動閉塞区間における進入可能な距離長を仮想固定閉塞ブロックに変換する。そして、情報伝送ネットワーク3を用いて列車制御装置10に送信する。列車制御装置10は及び列車41の車上装置5は、これに基いて列車制御を行う。移動閉塞方式から固定閉塞方式に進入する場合には、列車制御措置10が固定閉塞の制御範囲における到達可能ブロックをキロ程に変換して、列車制御措置20に送信し、これに基いて、列車の制御を行う。【選択図】図3
