PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deformation volume of a frame when a large load is applied to the frame of a backrest.SOLUTION: A frame 10 of a backrest 4 includes: a skeleton member 20 obtained by bending a bar material in a frame shape viewed from the front; a side frame 40 attached to a right side part of the skeleton member 20; and user bearing members 80 provided on the right and left of the inside of the skeleton member 20. A bottom edge 21 of a side upper pillar 27 of the skeleton member 20 is separated upward from a top edge 22 of a side lower pillar 31 to face the top edge 22, and a gap 23 between the edges 21 and 22 is formed on the right side part of the skeleton member 20. The side frame 40 is attached to the side part of the skeleton member 20 in the state of vertically stranding over the gap 23, and the gap 23 is arranged above the user bearing member 80.
