PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and reduce weight of a pedal arm having a plurality of teeth by decreasing the number of components of the pedal arm.SOLUTION: A foot-operated parking brake device 1 includes an engaging member 5 for preventing a return of a pedal arm 3 by engaging with a tooth 34b of the pedal arm 3 with the pedal arm 3 depressed. A tooth 34b is formed integrally with the pedal arm 3.
