PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cooling structure for cooling a battery behind a vehicular back seat.SOLUTION: A back seat is movable between a rear position and a front position and an aperture 11A is provided at a seat cushion side face of the same seat. A garnish at a seat cushion side is constituted of a high level portion 16H, a low level portion 16L, and a connecting portion 16C which connects the portions 16H and 16L to each other. An air intake duct 14 for supplying air inside a vehicle to a battery passes below the high level portion from a battery vicinity and is inserted inside a seat cushion 11C via the aperture, and is open 11B to the vehicle interior at a front angle part of the same cushion. A branch duct 15 is branched from the air intake duct toward the front. A front end part of the branch duct is closed. The high level portion is disposed such that the connecting portion is positioned in front of a front edge part of the aperture when the back seat is positioned at the front position, whereas at least a part of the branch duct is arranged below the high level portion in front of the front edge part of the aperture.

    【課題】車両後部座席後方のバッテリを冷却するバッテリ冷却構造に関する。【解決手段】後部座席は後方位置と前方位置との間で移動可能であり、同座席のシートクッション側面に開口部11Aが設けられる。シートクッション側方のガーニッシュは高位部分16Hと、低位部分16Lと、これら部分を互いに接続する接続部分16Cとからなる。車内の空気をバッテリに供給する吸気ダクト14は、バッテリ近傍から、高位部分の下方を通り、開口部を介してシートクッション11C内部に挿入され、同クッションの前方角部において車内に開口する11B。吸気ダクトから前方に向かって分岐ダクト15が分岐する。分岐ダクトの前方端部は閉鎖されている。後部座席が前方位置に位置決めされたときに接続部分が開口部の前縁部よりも前方に位置するように高位部分が設けられ、分岐ダクトの少なくとも一部が開口部の前縁部よりも前方の高位部分の下方に配設される。【選択図】図5
