PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer which is excellent in flexibility, adhesion, and fatigue resistance while having high gas barrier properties.SOLUTION: A synthetic rubber is introduced as a graft chain into a main chain of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyacrylic acid, a polyamide-based resin, a cellulose-based resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, an ethylene polyvinyl alcohol resin, an acrylate-based resin, and a urethane-based resin via a terminal part of the synthetic rubber.
