PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective line element of a DC electric train track and a high-resistance ground fault detecting system which are not affected by insulation deterioration of a protective line and a lightning stroke against an electromotive line near an adjacent support column of the electric train track and endure a voltage due to the lightning stroke.SOLUTION: A protective line element 305A of a DC electric train track is a protective line element 305A used for causing a ground fault current from an electromotive line 150 for a protective line 100 on a high-resistance ground fault detecting system of a DC electric railway to flow, and includes a first varistor 305A-2, a diode 305A-1 constituting a parallel circuit with the first varistor 305A-2, and a second varistor 305A-3 connected in series with the parallel circuit. Therein, a terminal of the anode side of the diode 305A-1 is connected to the electromotive line 150 side and a terminal of the cathode side is connected to the protective line 100.

    【課題】保護線の絶縁劣化及び隣接する電車線路支持柱近傍のき電線に対する雷撃による影響を受けず、雷撃による電圧に耐える直流電車線路の保護線用素子及び高抵抗地絡検出システムを提供する。【解決手段】直流電車線路の保護線用素子305Aは、直流電気鉄道の高抵抗地絡検出システムにおける保護線100に対してき電線150からの地絡電流を流すために用いる保護線用素子305Aであり、第1のバリスタ305A−2と、第1のバリスタ305A−2と並列回路を構成するダイオード305A−1と、並列回路と直列に接続される第2のバリスタ305A−3とを有し、ダイオード305A−1のアノード側の端子がき電線150側に接続され、カソード側の端子が保護線100に接続される。【選択図】図1
