PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can perform appropriate processing of multiple pieces of acquisition time data by the same receiver for the same MAC address and can perform appropriate complementary processing even if acquisition time data on the corresponding MAC address is lost due to communication trouble.SOLUTION: Regarding multiple pieces of acquisition time data associated with positional information corresponding to a first calculation object point and a second calculation object point, a system calculates first center time and second center time which are median values of acquisition time data per vehicle identifying data. When an effective data number of time difference between the first center time and the second center time is smaller than a prescribed number, the system calculates third center time at a third calculation object point outside of a travel time calculation object section, and makes the effective data number of time difference between the first center time and the second center time the prescribed number or more on the basis of time difference between the third center time and any of the first center time or the second center time. Then, the system calculates the maximum value, minimum value, average value, median value, and percentile value on the basis of effective data.
【課題】同じMACアドレスについて同じ受信装置によって複数個存在する取得時刻データを適切に処理できるとともに、通信不具合により対応するMACアドレスの取得時刻データが欠損した場合にも適切な補完処理ができるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】第1算出対象地点及び第2算出対象地点に対応する位置情報に関連付けられた取得時刻データの複数について、車両特定データ毎の取得時刻データの中央値である第1中心時刻及び第2中心時刻を算出する。第1中心時刻と第2中心時刻の時間差の有効データ数が所定数より小さいときは、移動時間算出対象区間の外にある第3算出対象地点の第3中心時刻を算出し、第3中心時刻と、第1中心時刻又は第2中心時刻のいずれかとの時間差に基づいて、1中心時刻と第2中心時刻の時間差の有効データ数を所定数以上とする。そして、有効データに基づいた最大値、最小値、平均値、中央値、及びパーセンタイル値を算出する。【選択図】 図1
