PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a stopper for locking a rotating body such as a caster into a structure in which holding torque for prohibiting rotation is sufficiently large, and which can be stopped according to an operation of lock means without causing a time lag.SOLUTION: Spaces 12A, 12B' or the like are formed at a housing 1 having a center hole 11 which a rotating body penetrates, roller assemblies (2A, 2A') to (2C, 2C') which are pressed by a leaf spring 3 are inserted into the spaces, and the roller assemblies are made to contact with the rotating body. The spaces 12A, 12B are oppositely-directed wedge-shaped spaces. One of the rollers 2A, 2A' or the like which are paired according to a rotating direction of the rotating body bites in the rotating body like a roller-type oneway clutch, and locks the rotating body. Operation means 4 for releasing bite-in actions of the rollers are arranged at the roller assemblies 2C, 2C', and when moving the rollers 2C, 2C' to a release direction by operating a lever, the bite-in actions of three sets of the roller assemblies are substantially lost, and the rotating body freely rotates.

    【課題】キャスタ等の回転体をロックするストッパを、回転を阻止するための保持トルクが十分に大きく、かつ、ロック手段の操作に応じタイムラグなく停止できる構造とする。【解決手段】回転体の貫通する中央孔11を設けたハウジング1に、空間部12A、12A?等を形成し、この空間部に板ばね3で押圧されたローラ組合せ体(2A、2A?)〜(2C、2C?)を挿入して、回転体と接触させる。空間部12A、12A?は、反対向きの楔状空間であって、ローラ型の一方向クラッチと同様に、回転体の回転方向に応じて対となったローラ2A、2A?等の一方が回転体に噛み込み、これをロックする。ローラ組合せ体2C、2C?には、ローラの噛み込み作用を解除する操作手段4が設けてあり、レバーを操作してローラ2C、2C?を開放方向に移動すると、3組のローラ組合せ体の噛み込み作用が実質的に失われ、回転体は自由に回転する。【選択図】図1
